The pain: stitching Greenhouse + Lever + Ashby into one schema, and mapping each company to its board token, is real, boring work everyone redoes.
The clean line: we only read each vendor’s own public, unauthenticated board JSON. No logins, no CAPTCHAs, no access-control circumvention. No recruiter PII.
